Support Code:85020006 Need Help
:protest: I need help, I am getting this whenever I try ti Activesyne my Microsoft Echange Server
"Cannot connect with current connection settings. To check your connection settings, select Start, then Settings, then Connections." Support Code:85020006: I have tried installing, reinstalling, deleting server, checking and rechecking the server settings with no luck. I'm figuring something in the regrsitry since this just started two days ago Thanks for the help in advance |
Try going into settings/usb connection and uncheck "allow advanced network functionality". Hit OK.
Reboot your computer, and soft-reset your Mogul, and that may do it... |

I was getting an error similar to this and it was a strange mail item causing it. It my case it was an event alert from Sharepoint. All I did was delete that item on my 6800 (It was the last item I received) and it started synching normally again. I read it could also be a calander item or anything else you sync with Exchange.
