Audio will not play
 

hey guys i have a problem not sure what may be causing it, but when the phone is on vibrate, i can get no audio from WMP at all, kinda pain i listen to music on my breaks and then forget to put it on vib again while at my desk, Has been like this since i got the phone any help???

Try tapping on your volume icon on your today screen and seeing if your device volume is down. There are two seperate volumes when you tap the icon, a phone volume and device, WMP won't play if your device volume is down.

tried that.

while in vibrate mode, the volume for both device and phone is fixed to the lowest level. I tried to increase the device volume but doing that would switch the phone to ring from vibrate.

Jay is correct, when you hit vib both sliders go to dead, any other ideas??
