How about we take up a collection to buy him a Touch or any other phone he wants? I know my sanity is worth a few dollars. The folks over at the Mogul forum at SprintUsers are willing to chip in also from what I hear.

i was considering the Touch too, but the lack of wifi is a deal breaker for me. I don't use data enough to warrant having a data plan on it and any time i do use data, i am within range of a wifi network. no wifi, no touch for me. I'll stick with my monthly replacement of the P4000 until Telus / HTC get their act together and acknowledge the flaws in the P4000.

TC1 I had a feeling you were a troll fro SU, whats your name over there? ahahahhaahha, anyways I still have a chance in keeping my mogul. So i will have to decide once I get the Touch. Luckily they will ship my touch with a return kit so i will spend a whole day playing with it and see how I fair with it.
