NEED HELP!! everytime i press the "b" button, it freezes my mogul!!!
 

i do alot of texting and MSN'ing so this is a huge deal to me. whenever i press the "b" button to type out a word, it freezes my mogul.
please help!!! anyone?? my precious mogul!!!

* Peform a soft reset and try again.

* Didn't work? Peform a hard reset, try again from a fresh start (do not isntall any apps). If it works, start installing apps one by one and testing your keyboard after each install to check if one the applications was at fault.

* If you have the same issue with a clean slate after the hard reset, get the device exchanged.
