Problem setting up outgoing text ringtone
 

Hi I just got my mogul. I've searched about ringtones and found to go to sounds & notifications but after that on the notification tab for

Event:
Active sync:begin sync
Active sync: end sync
Beam: autoreceive
connection disconnected
connection established
IM: new instant message
IN: nudge
Messaging: new email message
messaging: new text message
phone: incoming call
phone: missed call
phone: voice mail
reminders
wireless network detected

I have switched my receiving text message ringtone with "messaging: new text message" but how do i change the ringtone for outgoing texts?

Sorry if this is a noob question but i couldn't find it in four different forums....

Oh yea my rom is the 2.09 version

What do you mean 'outgoing texts'? The Mogul does not ring when you send a text message, only when it is received, as far as I know.

Sorry but to elaborate my problem when i send the text message there is a ringtone that sounds when the notification screen pops up. I want to change that ringtone. I can't seem to find how to change it.

I think that's a standard WM sound for Events and Notifications. If you are able to find it in the Windows directory you may be able to replace the file with the one you want just by renaming it and overwriting it. However, keep in mind it will sound every time a WM Event or Notification pops up.
