Help downgrading the radio please
 
I installed the new Mogul rom from HTC, and now my phone freezes every time i roam. I really need roaming. I heard I could downgrade the radio from a different thread, but i have no idea how to do it. I have a RUU and the 1.4 radio file, but the "RUU tutorial for noobs" dosent say anything about just downgrading the radio. I hear i wont even have to hard reset.

any help would be appreciated!
