Setting up new email account: New Account isn't working:

Even with latest ROM update, I can't create any more email accounts. I currently have Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, and Sprint, but when I tap "new account", it does nothing.......this has been baffling me for months...........any suggestions would be helpful.
