Titan / Skype Help
 

Hi everyone...

For Christmas I got my son his own "cellphone"... I got hima like new Us Cellular branded Titan... I flashed ti with a Ryan Mogul 6.1 rom.. everything is working great... Instead of a traditional cellphone plan, I got hiom a skype account.. I know he will be limited as to where it will work (where he getsa Wifi signal)... but Milwaukee has free WiFi most everywhere, so it will be ok...

My question is, is it possible to install a cab or something that will make the phone bring up Skype instead of the HTC dialer when the call button is pushed? Any otehr tweaks that will help it run betteR? Thanks in advance..

I know it's not the ideal solution, and you probably know that already, have you tried using a different button to bring up the application, in the stock rom from Start>Settings>Buttons I know you can use some of the buttons or remap them to bring up the application or to do the action you want!

thanks... I can do that, but I was really hoping to find a way to do this using the call button.... also if there wasa way to make slype use the internal ear speaker

search XDA and maybe ppcgeeks for a program called Greenbutton ... it lets you setup shortcuts for the dialer (green) button.
