Sprint never lies, so we will get a rom on the 26. Promise.

This is yet the same thing that happened with yesterday's supposed release date and a post from a Sprint Employee.

I recommend everyone not to take this too seriously. A forum post should never be taken as an official announcement, and we all know how yesterday's thread turned.

Anyway, let's hope this is true and happens.

That ROM has been out for a while. There's even a link on the FAQs sticky to the discussion thread that's many pages long.

im giving till the end of the month, then going to sprint and start bugging them till they give me a touch

Luckily I have until the 11th of November to return my Mogul to Sprint. If an update doesn't pan out by then or the touch ends up being that much cooler, I'll be returning the Mogul.

Yeah but this time you posted exactly what was said. As you can plainly see it's "SCHEDULED" and it's the board's administrator relaying info he got from a different department. They're atleast doing what people are asking and just giving us updated info. If you expect the company to give you info as soon as they have it you have to expect that the plans can change.

I'm still trying to figure out how anyone took the first employees post about the 22nd as an absolute date of when the firmware would be out. All that he did confirm was that testing of the firmware would be done soon and that they should have the firmware out by the 22nd, but he never guaranteed it.
