text messages with movement
 

anytime I get a text message that has a picture with movement it wont move it is jst a still picture and under it it will say view media so i click it and all it will play is the music please help this is very irritating i have the HTC mogul 6800

you mean when someone sends you a video???

I don't think the text message area of the WM OS can play embedded videos, GIFs, or animated media (Flash).

I could be wrong though... what exactly are they sending you?

when i get those same messages i just save it to my storage card and then open it and it uses pie. they are gif images.

when i receive the animated text it will say you have new picture mail and ill click that and it will send me to the sprint picture mail so if i save it to my storage card from there it will just be saved as a picture

That's they way PicMail works on PPC phones for now. You get a link and then have to open it on a browser. From there you can download to your device.
