Setting ESPT on Mogul (Sprint)

Hi All..
I'm a New user at PPCGeeks..

I have a mogul (sprint) ..
I've unlock this mogul ..
but I do not know to ESPT settings ..
I come from Indonesia my country code 510 and the network code 09
I was not able to connect to the Internet
always arise code # 1012

I have been setting up and PPP AUTH plus NAI
but I do not know what should I fill in the form

I hope the people at PPCGeeks can help me to solve my problem

error 1012 is typically an issue with provisioning on you account you will definetly want to contct your carrier to resolve.
