Text Not Working
 

im a newbie keep getting a error messaging

"the file 'messagingapp' cannot be open. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. if the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring this file "

i have no idea what to do if anyone could help it would be highly appreciated

one more thing to do a hard reset you have to take out the battery for how long?????

To perform a hard reset you need to hold down both soft keys and the reset button at the bottom.

ok I held both soft keys and hit the rest button now how do u no if u did it right it looks like I did a s/r

A gray screen should have come up asking you to hit a letter from the keyboard to proceed.

If they device performed a soft reset only, you didn't do it right.
