Official SW Update is now rolling out. Hit SW update from settings. Probably shouldn't do it if you are rooted or running custom ROM.

Updated this morning. Since the update my phone has spontaneously restarted itself 3 times over the past 3 hours. Not good.

I got my update.. northeast Ohio... BUT I had to click " Check new " It was not automatic.
