LOL.. I think its hillarious, I have been trying for two weeks now to talk my wife into a Snap! Looks like everyone else as been too... Seems like a cool phone?? She has a Q9c that took a bath in the toilet, so she needs a new phone asap..

My wife now has the HTC Snap. Upgraded from the Treo 755p. She really likes the lighter weight.

The biggest annoyance is that tasks aren't an option on the main screen.

But overall it is a good phone. Worth a section.

To those with the snap... How is the internet compared to the touch? The video I saw made the internet look more mobile internet, not internet like on the touch or the touch pro.

I am hoping to get skyfire installed on this phone so if the hubby gets this he can still get to his fantasy baseball on skyfire.

I just recently picked up the HTC Ozone, which is essentially Verizon's version of the Snap. I upgraded from my old Apache (VX6700) that I absolutely loved, so this phone had some big shoes to fill. But, so far I really like it a lot. It is a ton faster performance wise. I've got all the apps running on it that I used before on my old phone.

I would like to see a forum for this phone (Ozone and Snap) as well.

That is the difference between WinMo Standard and WinMo Professional!

Re: Sprint HTC Snap

Looks like Sprint changed the Snap a fair amount, and not for the better, either. Different keyboard spacing and layout, rocker button instead of the trackball, shiny surface instead of soft touch, no WiFi... hmm.

Those of you with the Sprint version of this, how do you like it? My wife has the Touch now, and it's on its last legs. She never liked it much anyway. (Not to jump on the apparent 'this phone is for girlfriends and wives' bandwagon, but... well, I love my Touch Pro and my wife's interested in the Snap. Interesting.)

$149 (with two-year contract) seems a pretty steep price to pay for this phone being crippled the way it is. I wish I could find a solid release date for the Diamond2 for Sprint, but I can't even verify (as in, for certain) that it's coming to Sprint at all. Ugh.

Not to be dogging the HTC Snap, but I can't help but notice that many of you guys are pawning it off on your wives/girlfriends while at the same time you are sporting a Touch Pro or some other nicer phone. Do we sence a pattern here guys? That's not quite fair now is it? I just had to mention it...
