kaiser problem uploading rom
 

when i run the ruu it shows the progress bar on the device and on the pc, but then it says, can not detect device... please help.....

I have the same issue. Someone in the company I work for says we may have to crack the bootloader. Not sure what that means. Any help folks?

What you should do is go to http://forum.xda-developers.com/, scroll down to the HTC Kaiser thread, click on the bootom of the 4 different links which is rom development, read through the stickys on how to flash your Kaiser, unlocking it, installing hard spl, flashing your rom, etc. There are plenty of different roms to choose from and flashing is so simple. I guarantee you, once you flash your first rom, you'll be addicted. XDA sometimes goes down because they need a better server, so if it is, just keep trying periodically.
