ROM upgrade HTC Tytn II
 

Hi, From HTC site, I downloaded new ROM version having file name " HTC TyTN II-RUU_Kaiser_HTC_WWE_3.28.405.0_radio_sign_25.83.40. 02_1.65.17.56_Ship " . The old ROM configuration is as under.


Rom Version: 1.56.405.5
Rom Date: 08/28/07
Radio version: 1.27.12.32
Protocol version: 22.45.88.07H

When I tried to upgrade the ROM, just after one percent , a message appeared on desktop computer that upgrade is not possible. In the mean time, Tytn II restarted in old version. Upon reading FAQ on HTC site, it was suggested that in such cases the device should first be hard reset and brought to factory setting. I did that too but result is same and I could not upgrade the ROM.

Any suggestion?
