Need Help!!

I installed quickmenu in my storage card, but i cannot remove it compleltly, i have removed it from programs, i have deleted the files compleltly, still whenever i restart my mobile, the screen says" quickmenu.exe is missing, plz reinstall" how can i remove it from the start up programs?
