htc class action stated that the official rom has been released today.

"Now it gets really interesting... One of the hackers working on the KS20 drivers has looked at the NLD ROM, and while the NLD ROM does not include the ahi2dati driver, it seems the ddi driver (ddi driver takes care of normal 'windows' drawing operations) on the NLD ROM includes code originally from the ahi2dati driver. Though it is still too soon to be sure, we suspect the NLD ROM uses hardware for BitBlt operations... and only for BitBlt operations."

It seems (from the same source) that the rom is already up on xda.

I guess its only a matter of time before we all get them.

I've seen it, it's rubbish

They just changed a drawing routine, which makes the graphics a 6% faster.
It does not work well in landscape mode, if you enable cleartype the text is not drawn.
