Obtaining HSDPA on the Tilt

Has anyone been able to perform the "one line item change" in the registry to obtain HSPDA speeds on the tilt? If so will you provide detailed steps?

seems like xda is down, but there' a utility called Kaiser Tweak that has the change needed
