i dloaded and installed like u said...
but nothin happens.

i have the htc hd2 for tmobile...am i doin anythin wrong?

Max TF3D is a useful program, but it does not make your curtains or bars behind task bars and soft keys transparent. HD Walls does this easily by checking the "taskbar and Softkey skinning option.

This works perfectly for me, just make sure to follow instruction EXACTLY AS INSTRUCTED or it wont work...
