Need Help Starting out
 
I am very technically and know a lot about phones but this is the first time in a long time that I have had a WinMo phone. I wanna trick it out and edit some of the code on the phone but I dont know where to start with it. I have found a lot of codes but I dont know how to get them on to my phone. Can you all help?

What are you editing and relating to what codes?

I want to start by making Touch 3D rotate and do other minor things like that. I would eventually like to upgrade to the Sense interface and making a custom ROM, maybe even Android but lets start with the easy things lol
