TonyK just so you know the files you posted are in 168 x 280 resolution. They might have been 480 x 800 to begin with, but what's presented to us in this thread are smaller versions for some reason.

Anyone know how to get the kb compressed to a smaller size. Wallpapers seem to be a little large in kb, or is this normal size

As jadedame already confirmed, yes it works great on the Imagio and clears up the backgrounds nicely. You can download and use other sliders/icons with this as well by using the interface and making a cab from them.

Well No compression should be the highest quality since there is no loss of data. Ultra HQ I presume is a low compression mode that save size at minimal loss of quality, but that's just my educated guess without looking into it more.
