How do you unlock the first two rows of icons in the Start menu?
 

Like Contacts and Calendar and whatnot. I wasn't able to find any info on it, and it annoys me to no end since they're all covered in T3D.

Are you using Titanium? or TF3D?

Navigate to this registry key:

HKLM\Software\HTC\Manila\ProgramLauncher\

Then 0-3 are the first 4 icons on the menu that are locked. You can change the "IsReadOnly" value from 1 to 0 to unlock them. Soft reset (restart) to update the buttons so they aren't locked anymore.
