BUG: Reverse behavior on Contact Favorites for SMS & Email
 

Has anyone else found that the icons under the Favorites (Contacts) tab are functionally reversed from what you'd expect? Specifically, the icon with the envelope + pencil you would expect to send email, just like the Email icon does in the Quick Launch tab. Similarly, the dialog bubble + pencil you would expect to send SMS/MMS messages, just like the dialog bubble in the Quick Launch tab.

My phone does exactly the opposite (as tested with my wife & son) -- the envelope + pencil sends SMS/MMS; the dialog bubble + pencil sends email.

Does anyone know of a fix for this behavior???

(FYI: I found out when I called my wife to ask her if she got my TXT only to find out she got an email... I thought perhaps I messed up until we tested it real time.)

I have the same issue, but only on some contacts. I dont get it.
