Using Waits in Phone Strings
I'm trying to get 'waits' to work in phone strings and can't seem to figure it out. I have a few contacts for things like voicemail dial-ins that include all necessary V/M system prompts, mail box numbers, passcodes, etc. with (w)'s put in the right places. No matter what I try to whet key I hit, I can't seem to get past the first wait. Send key doesn't do it, flash button doesn't do it, etc.
Has anyone figured out how to do this with the Imagio's phone interface? I know I could probably replace my (w)'s with a couple of (p)'s or commas but this is just one of those things that's bugging the @!&^< out of me. Any help? ](*,) |
Re: Using Waits in Phone Strings
What is the difference with using a 'wait' vs. just the letter 'p' for pause? Just curious..

Re: Using Waits in Phone Strings
Wait will wait until you hit a specified button before moving forward where as pause will pause a few moments and then continue on with the string you have entered.
