Company Name in HTC Contact List - RESOLVED
 

I have a bunch of contacts that only have a company name (not individual name). When I go to "All Contacts" from the TF3D screen, these contacts are blank in the list. The only contacts that show the name in the list are the ones with personal names.

Is there anyway to fix this short of moving the company name to the individual name field?

Thanks to ebayking90 I have figured this out. The "File As" field just needs to be changed to show the Company name and this now displays in the "All Contacts" list.

I have this problem on dozens of contacts. Does anyone know of a way to automatically update all contacts without a FirstName or LastName to default to FileAs CompanyName?

you should be able to do it in outlook on the computer
