well, after using this the softkeys stick through all tabs making it impossible to navigate.
i am going to switch it back to the way it was.

Confirmed. After playing around with it a bit, you cannot add or remove programs to the list and it hijacks your soft keys.

Just another reason an All Programs tab would be useful.

WORKING Programs Tab
 

I have been using this one all day. You are able to add and remove and the soft keys work. You can use the built in settings to move the tab where ever you want it. It seems to be fully integrated.
