Four bars won't mean much if the internet is not actually working. Your data connection is active and connecting correctly?

last time i was in there i saw some other people having the same problem.

same problem. 72% and crashes. tried installing from device and then card. seems like most of the Verizon Imagio users are experiencing this...

read through the TP2 thread but nothing yet. Hope a fix comes up.

how about gps? is your gps set to location on?

yea my location settings are fine. Location service/gps is on. Google Maps and Bing both work fine
