Zoom Slider
Has anyone found a real use for this slider bar?
I've been looking for a way to assign it to another function, but no luck yet. Anyone have any info? Rick |
Re: Zoom Slider
I believe that this will come with time. I know that there are endless application that could be controlled with the slider or even what I first thought of when I saw it on the TP@ & D2, was to somehow break it into 4 different sections for a sort of horizontal dpad like at the bottom of the keyboard. I am just gonna wait it out because I know that there are allot of really brilliant people on this board as well as xda that I know this functionality will come with time, we just need to have patience.

Re: Zoom Slider
I just found this, not sure if I would enjoy it myself because I want a fan of the zoom wheel to scroll on the touch pro. It enables you to scroll up and down menus with a swipe left or right. Thought I would share what I found.

Re: Zoom Slider
Not sure if it what you guys want specifically but here is a zoombar hack.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=572270 I am unsure if it will run on the Imagio. |

Seems to work great on the Imagio - I've only tried it on a couple of things. Just some menus and settings screen. But I could scroll dropdown lists and also lists of select boxes, etc. |
Re: Zoom Slider
Really the only app I'd need for this is MICROSOFT READER so I can slide right to turn a page and slide left to go back.
I see the reg hacks, but am unsure what to use for ClassName for Reader.. can you help? Thanks, Rick |
