Imagio Lock Screen lock up
 

So i found a fairly annoying bug. Since this is a new phone i haven't been able to find a fix (might have to contact HTC support), but it might save some frustrations for other Imagio owners.

the new slide to unlock feature is nice, but when i turn on the Show Personal Information (WinMo 6.5 Settings > Personal Info > Show on Screen ) on screen wake up, the Slide to Unlock feature hangs. it lets you slide the button to either side, but it doesn't unlock the screen. The only way i can get back into the phone is to reset it. I haven't set a password, because i'm afraid i'll be locked out of the phone unless i do a hard reset.

Every time I shut off the Show Personal Info in WinMo6.5, this issue goes away.

If anyone finds a solution this, please share!

No solution here however I will confirm the issue as I picked up a new phone and then traveled out of town and while in the hotel played with features adding the personal info option on startup and darn if it did not hang exactly as described when I went to use it a few hours later.

I had to remove the battery to bring it back on line and after some thought disabled the personal information feature and since then no issues.

A fix would be nice however knowing this in advance would have been nice too.

From my experience, the My information and notes feature only works with the Windows Classic theme and not the Windows Default them (that enable slide to unlock), however now that I look at my setting, I don't see an option to check the Personal information just change theme and password and enable/ disable hint.
