i downloaded and installed to device, but not showing when i restart, is there somthing im missing?

The Advanced Config utility seems to allow us to specify our own files for splashscreen and HTC startup/shutdown screens. Can someone post a sample file that we can edit, so that we can see the format the device expects, # of pixels for the Imagio screen that it wants, etc.? I think we need two "Welcomehead" files and Startup,Shutdown files (GIF? PNG?).

Here everyone here is a working cab, just install and reboot. Also image is formatted to fit Landscape and Portrait...

this one worked, but you still see the verizon splash screen also before hand.

does not work..downloaded installed..rebooted rebooted no change whats so ever...installed again and again no change...

The animated Verizon logo is welcomehead.192.png and the Windows logo is welcomehead.png. If you want one start-up splash, make sure you replace both of these with the same file and then it will only look like 1 splash screen on start-up.

Heres the one without Verizon banner.....

@jwood installer should be working, try this on and see if it does better for you..

Worked great for me, and since I like the Vzw splash, I used the cab in post #8. Thanks given.

Still no change here...cab installs nothing..rebooted and installed twice, still no change....
