How many colors doesn the Imagio screen have? 262k or 65k?
 

I got confused because the official HTC Imagio page says the screen has 262k color, while my Imagio Device Info page says it has 65k. Who do I believe? Is there a software to test and find out?

I'm very confident that it's 65k, 262k must be a typo on HTC's part

The tech gurus at Phone Scoop gave me the following explanation a couple of years ago when I asked the same question. The Imagio is CAPABLE of 262k, however, Winmobile can only support 65k.
