Trouble unlocking.
 

I downloaded Hard spl for imagio, (my brothers phone) I unzipped it, but I can not run it. I get this message: Windows cannot access the device, path or file. You may not have permissions to access them. And I have tried runnning as administrator. bothe from my desktop, and laptop.. any ideas what the problem could be?

are you following these steps?

-make sure your internet is running and connected
-plug the phone into the computer
-run active sync on the computer and wait for it to sync with the phone
-make sure your phone has at least 50% battery life
-run the hspl and follow prompts on screen

where did you unzip it to? local drive? where do you have windows installed and which version of windows is it?

Make sure you've disabled anti-virus. While there isn't a virus in the file, most A/V's think there is one and will give one an error (like the one you received).

Do make sure that you Run as Administrator as well, which will prevent other problems...

thanks for the input guys I will try to turn of antivirus next time I have his phone here..
