Setting up email

You guys on this forum have been great. I don't think I have ever posted without some valuable help coming back.

Trying to set up email on my phone. Verizon is my phone provider, but the email is through qcslink.com.

On my PC I use Outlook

On phone (imagio) under setup, it asks for the following:
Username: Would that be the same as account name
Password: I have that of course

Domain: Would that be like qcslink.com????
Server address ( I don't have a clue ... pop3 maybe) ??
