Configure HTC Imagio for Sprint
 

Hi All:

Is there a way to configure the HTC Imagio for Sprint network ? I had a HTC Touch Diamond in sprint. Last week I lost it in Wildwood Beach, NJ. I went to Sprint store this Monday and found they had only two WM device. I am on SERO plan and that takes only Windows Mobile. I bought the Samsung Intrepid. I din't like this phone. My cousin brother had a HTC Imagio that he is just using it as GPS now and is thrown in the car.

I see the Sprint SIM card in Intrepid and also a Verizon SIM card in Imagio. If I unlock the HTC Imagio and use the Sprint SIM card from Sprint, will it work ? Or how to make the HTC Imagio work with Sprint.

The HTC Touch Pro2 in Sprint is too bulky and I have to go for some other branded devices.

Please help.

There is no easy solution for your problem. The solution to your problem cannot be discussed her. I did find another thread regarding the same issue on here. Perhaps you could PM someone from that thread.

You could also go to mobile-files.us to find a solution. Just be warned though, you probably won't get a quick response is you post on there.

Thanks much for the reply. I tried the two links that you pointed. Let me see how fast I get the reply :) It is very bad that Sprint has just two win mobile phones and don't have an option to use the world phones.

Also you will need to be able to access your EPST Setting by either dialing ##778 or by a program.
