IMagio can't make calls

Just flashed to ENRGZ lates Imagio ROM 8-11-2010 and now i can't make calls or get a data connection. After the initial flash phone worked fine. Then i had a piece or softaware ( home screen customizer) jam up the entire phone. Everything i tried would not fix the lock ups.

SO i did a hard reset and was prompted with; 1) restore factory config or 2) restore to custom config.

I selected custom config, thinking this was something to do with the custom ROM. When the phone came back up and i went to make a call i was prompted to press the 'send' button to 'activate the phone'. Then the phone went through some automated programming process (voice recording), and a message popped up in red letters that said 'SPL un-locked'. Then the programming process said phone has been re-programmed and is ready to go. Now when i try to make a call i get forwarded to a call center that will allow me to make a call via, paying by credit card or by making a collect call.

Even after a complete re-flash the same exact problem exisits.

Did Verizon just ban my ESN???

Help please. Thank You.

Verizon didn't ban you. I get that message every time I have to reprogram my phone. Normally after you flash - you have to dial *228 option 1 to reprogram your phone. That us what the green send button was all about. Try flashing a completely different rom and see if that helps.

Good luck.

If that doesn't work, try hard resetting again and choose restore factory config instead?

+1 I meant to suggest that as well.
