Selling a phone while in a contract and adding a new one
 

I've gotten some interest in my Imagio (at the right price of course) and will replace it with the Droid X or Incredible.

I'm wondering if you guys know if Verizon will let me hand over (sell) my Imagio and let someone else activate it. Can I do the same with someone's used Droid X? Are there any restrictions or issues I might encounter? TIA

of course... yes. as long as it's a verizon device.

the only restrictions are if it's flagged as stolen prior you can encounter problems and obviously the new phone follows same terms of your contract (add $30/mo data plan, etc.)
