help with unlocker on replacement phone
 

I have a replacement phone for imagio, obviously another imagio. I cant unlock the replacement phone even though i unlocked the first one. errors and says because it cant see the phone or because its not the first time i used the unlocker. the phone is connected to activesync and everything's good so it must be because it is the replacement phone. i emailed their support group to see what the fix is, but no answer yet, anybody have a solution for this?

haven't seen where you pay first and then they send you a link to the hspl. it seems all the reading ive seen is to submit the ticket and go from there and wait till they decide to respond......tired of the stock rom, i need the unlocker asap

on the error page it says donate, i did that and it worked right after i donated, RIGHT after.

i just donated, it worked fine and right after i donated too! i dont know how many times i read that error and saw how it will go immediately after i donated, but hit NO instead of YES. oh well, thanks
