Application dock above slider

I have looked through many threads and pages and haven't seen this addressed. Please excuse me if this has been asked before as I am new here. I recently did the Color Mega cab and in that thread (tweaks...thread) I noticed images of home screens that had applications above the slider and below the call history/calendar...I was wondering if there is a cab file or a certain way to dock frequently used programs there and if so how?

It's part of Sense 2.5. You would need to go to the Imagio Upgrades board and read up on the HSPL unlocker which you need to use first on your phone, then get a custom ROM image than is built with Sense 2.5. There is a thread about putting Sense 2.5 on a stock phone, but it's not very smooth relative to a custom built ROM with it cooked in. Hope that helps some.
