IMAGIO won't unlock using the new unlocker...
 

I downloaded WhitestoneW-HardSPL_V1_99R1 HSPL and ran it but it doesn't start the unlock process. It boots the device goes to USB then sits at 0%. I have 2 Imagio phones the other is unlocked using the older unlocker and I can update the ROM without any problems. With this one I used 2 different PC's (XP and 7) and still no luck.

Does anybody have the older HSPL unlocker or an idea what's wrong?

I'm not sure but I think that you can only use the unlocker once for free. If you've already used it to unlock your first phone you will need to pay to use the unlocker a second time.

The phone is new. I bricked the first one trying another HPSL...

happened to me the same thing Imagio release to update my ROM and it worked perfectly and try to release the SIM am brick. when I get my other question with WhitestoneW Imagio-HardSPL_V1_99R1 dajaba HSPL and I, I got to pass a message explaining the problem, friends who developed and helped me. sorry for my bad English.

What I meant is that you can only use the unlocker free once, not once per phone. You've already used it once on your first phone, so now you have to pay to use it again.

1. I did my first phone using another unlocker (I think SPL-1.01 OliNex).

2. On the second phone I downloaded it twice and ran from 2 different PC's - didn't work.

3. It starts and sits at 0%

4. I can lock and unlock my phone over and over again and it works fine...

Where is the first SPL-1.01 OliNex that was out there a few months ago?

I'll no more this week. I'm getting another (3rd) one tomorrow.


Sorry, but I'm frustrated with this one...

As far as I know there only is one unlocker. Like braindoc said, after the first unlock, Cmonex requires you to donate for any further phones you unlock, doesn't matter if it is only a replacement. I'm on my fourth Imagio and after returning the first one, I've paid the unlocking fee three times.
