lost my little X menu
About two weeks ago i updated my SPB mobile shell and when I did that I lost the little X that was in the upper right hand corner. I didn't realize how much I used that menu. Now i can't check my memory usage or maximize any programs that I minimized. Any idea's on how to get it back. Thanks for any help that you can give.

Start-Settings-System-Task Manager-Button Tab-Check "Enable Quick Menu on Today Screen"- Click OK If this is already checked try unchecking and click ok and then go back into menu and check it back and then shut down and then power back up after a minute and it should return... |

Thanks Wildman but that didn't work. It was checked so i unchecked, powered down, rebooted, checked and rebooted again and nothing.

Re: lost my little X menu
If you installed mobileshell 3.5, it blocks the task manager "x" and there doesn't seem to be any way to restore it. You can verify by unloading mobileshell and you should see it on the normal today screen.
It it apparently since MS has a built in task manager in the carousel. |
