any idea how to get this theme working on Mr. X rom? I got the background wallpaper but not the tabs?

I'm using drell's rom and all i did was load the FallOut Theme v 2.0, im running 6.5.5, works without a hitch with this rom. I had to make my own Wallpaper using hdwall though, the icons are awesome!!
