HSPL problem

I'm trying to use the manual mode b/c the unlocker insists I've used the program on another phone. When I try running the manual SSPL, my phone freezes (ie, doesn't do anything until I hit the reset button). Not just one phone, but 2 actually. (Long story short, they're warranty phones and all but 1 is going back.) I tried PMing Cmonex but haven't heard anything. Any thoughts?

I'm not quite sure what else you can do besides wait for their response...
Gotta love it. :D

I have a support ticket open for a similar problem. I even tried making another donation, as the unlocker suggested, but still no go. Waiting to hear back. Let me know if they help you out.

Will do. How long was it until you heard anything?

Hmm... fixed it, sorta. I donated a second time and it worked. Funny, b/c first time I tried donating it didn't work. Whatever. Back to the world of flashing every 2 minutes. :)

You won't likely ever get a response back. I ended up donating just once, and after completing it, it worked. Be sure to select donate the second time you do it. You don't have to donate again, but that should make it recognize that you have...however that works.

I ended up having to do this last night, it was weird.... I had done the HSPL on my phone, and off of my computer. Last night, went to do my girlfriends phone, off of her computer, and it insisted I had run it before. I just said f'it and donated again. Worked like a charm the 2nd time.

thats the only thing i could think of, since both computers are in the same house, and the HSPL dependency on "internet access"

seems kinda BS to me if that is the case

They get your imei number too and track that way.
There was tons of convos about this, but they were locked/trashed.
I suggest not going down that road again...it will just make you an outcast of this site...I've been there done that. haha
