Multiple ROM Flashes > Duplicate Contacts
 

Is anybody else having a problem with duplicating contacts after flashing ROMs sequentially? I've tried 3 NRG ROMs in the last few days and now my address book is duplicating every contact variation 3 times.

I used Microsoft MyPhone to backup the phone information; is that the root cause?

I am seeing other threads for other phones having similar issues, is there a utility or app that clean this up without much hassle?

Sign into your MyPhone account on your computer and delete all the duplicates.

I am using Trine Fix. It looks for duplicate contacts and then deletes them. You can probably google it and find it. But you probably will have to fix something somewhere or after every sync you will have to run Trine.

and yes, MyPhone is the root cause of all of it
