This is the one I use, just make sure you have .NET 3.5 installed.

heres another one this gets mapped to your long press end key and gives u an option to reset shut down or hybornate

I find the one that's included with HD Tweaks works well and comes with it's own icon.

You can also use reboot now! A handy tool you can download from Microsoft Marketplace for free!
