Microsoft Direct Push not working

This problem occurred after updated to the new 3.04 ROM. Just to be clear, I can connect to my exchange server at work and get emails. Before updating the ROM (on the stock ROM), direct push worked beautifully. I would get emails on my Imagio as soon as new emails would come in. Now, the only way for me to get new emails is to manually go to my communication manager and tap the ActiveSync to sync with exchange. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

And I did check that my send/receive schedule is set to "As new items arrive".

I think the problem is with the new ROM's direct push. I am not getting new emails as they arrive unless I manually sync.

Please help, thank you!

FWIW not having that issue here. Been running 3.04 since it came out, with no problems.

I had the same issue. I had to export the security certificate from my Exchange server for the mobile access and install it on my phone. Once I did this, push worked again. Inside the Actiev Sync app on the phone it showed connected as a status and worked fine.

Thanks, but how do you do that?

Thank you! I figured it out. Had to login to my webmail, then download the cert and run it from my device. Also had to restart my device before it worked.
