Music Player/window media player
 

for some reason when i go to the music player option my phone freezes. or it will show all the songs under the now playing but when i go to the artist selection it only has 2 artists that i dont know. earlier today it was show the artist. does anyone know why it does that. and for some reason i play them threw the windows media player it stops during the song and says buffering.

does anyone know how to fix these problems?
