I of course appreciate all the work that has been put into this, and will happily donate when something comes out, but it's been two months already! Does it seriously take this long to unlock a phone? I'm almost ready to buy a Windows 7 Phone!

There are several people who are capable of unlocking this phone . If it was a multi - carrier phone it would have been unlocked before January 1st.
Get the people who want it unlocked to pony up the money and you will find someone who will spend the time to unlock it in several weeks.

I'm not opposed to ponying up the money but then what? Put it in an escrow account until the HSPL is delivered? I'm willing to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but what's to keep them from taking the dough, waiting a few weeks and saying, "Did my best. Couldn't do it" and we're out our donations? I guess that's the risk we take. I'm starting to wonder if the Imagio was a good decision. I'm DYING to try out custom ROMs.

You hold the money until the product is delivered , let it be known how much money is in the pot so everyone knows.

No, we could start a bounty here if you want. I will add it to the title and update with the current total. when the hspl is released everyone who promised to donate will then pay the bounty directly to cmonex or whomever comes up with hspl.

just speculation on my part but it sounds like it is done... just needs to be tested and put together so that they can control the downloads. it took cdma tp2 2 months and EVERYONE has that phone. cmonex will come through eventually. perhaps a bounty would help.... I'm in for $20 since i have unlocked several phones thanks to olipro and cmonex.

Please don't take what I said the wrong way . I wasn't trying to rag on the lady who is working on the unlocker. I was just saying when someone is working on their own time without compensation they are not going to rush to get it done. You have to understand that and not whine daily until you get the unlocker. I was just trying to explain what you need to do to get it faster.
