Re: Official Imagio HSPL Speculation and Q/A Thread
Yeah, but some of us prefer the functionality and looks of Sense, even at the cost of some speed. I can't tell you how much time I saved having the 3 apps on the home screen without doing any scrolling or button pressing over the long run. So as long as the speed penalty isn't too steep I'll go Sense. That Sense 2.5 cab was almost tolerable, I'm sure the cooked in options will be much better.
That'll be the joy of having multiple roms with different options. Something for everyone. |

Re: Official Imagio HSPL Speculation and Q/A Thread
Remove bloatware, perfect Sense 2.5 (I dig it, what can I say) and fix the dang memory leak. Everything else is gravy.

Re: Official Imagio HSPL Speculation and Q/A Thread
So the memory leak you all speak of must be with sense then? Reason I ask is I don't have any memory leak that I can tell, but I'm not using sense either. 2.5 makes the screen to damn crowded, I don't see the attraction. If you like to have stuff on the screen why not use mobile shell. It's much more customizable anyway, and imo gives more options.
I go thru phases with what I like and use. Currently a nice clean look with the old style home screen, SPB clock, calendar and weather, very zippy and no mem leaks. |
Re: Official Imagio HSPL Speculation and Q/A Thread
The memory leak is in the stock TF3D Imagio ROM which is a version of Sense (2.0). If you use TF3D you will encounter the memory leak.
