Is there a way to change the alarms to the sound of ur choice??

Yes:

Settings > All Settings > Clocks and Alarms > Alarms tab. From there you select your alarm setting and click the little bell icon on the right side of the screen.

From there you can select whatever tone you want for your alarm

i would like to add, if you want your own custom tones for alarms they have to be .wav files and they have to be in the "./Windows/" folder.

On a side note, I've been using Klaxon (which is free) for my alarm clock because it allows for more flexibility. I can have it look in whatever folder I want for my alarms, I can set my snooze interval, etc. You can't set the snooze interval with the built in windows alarm without hacking the registry. You might want to give it at try.
